6 RepliesThere is so much fail in this statement. One pvp doesn't make you a more skilled player I saw that fist hand in WOW. These pvp die hards would come in decked out in the best PVP gear. This stuff was epic major dps. They couldn't even figure out to move out of the fire. They had no clue how to do dps so their dps was really low compared to their level of gear. It was pathetic. Now the problem with pvp not the player, but pvp in general is in this day age it's not the player that has the best ability it's the person with the best internet. I do my share of pvp I'll be honest I'm not very good. More to the point my internet is not very good. When I play these same people at a friends house with better internet I tend to be extremely good in matches. This games is not solely fixed on pvp it' more of a side dish. You got a brand new COD coming out for your true pvp fix. We haven't touched on the fact that half you pvp wanna bees have to use a modded controller to be any good.

It doesn't even matter if you're skilled or not. Most people play the game to enjoy it, even if they are bad. But then idiots like you ruin it. I'm not good but I'm not bad but if I was bad I'd be proud because you're not really accomplishing anything by being a "good" player. It's just moving your fingers around nothing special your argument is invalid maybe some people like PvE for the story or the open world experience. Think about what you post before you post it.

Why hate pve so much? It's just all a matter of preference on which you like. Personally I like the pve because of the story and baddies to kill. The pvp is nice too, but I only played it once and seen a lot game plays of it and I don't think it's better then pve or vice versa. It's all in the same game and is made for mmo fans and shooters fans alike. There's no need to have arguments over which is better. Destiny is Destiny. No matter how you look at it, we are all going to buy the same game with both pve and pvp. Both are fun and not better then the other. You may not want to believe me because of your own version or stance on the matter, but I'm fine with that. I stated my ideas and you stated yours and in many cases no one is more correct then the other. We're equally correct in our own way. We may be different on many levels, but the things we share in common are more present then you realize. For instance to which I said earlier, we're buying the same game. We will both be buying a game we want badly. We are the same, all of us are the same. We're all guardians and are all good at something in the game. May it be pvp or pve, we all play it because the game is just so much fun.

This game is meant to be for everyone, reach a wider audience and not alienate "casuals." If this concerns you, then maybe Destiny is not for you and you should look to another game. Nothing wrong with that. Not everyone plays games for the exact same reasons you do, most other people realize this.

Generalizations are for Sith and always cloud the truth. I'm very unskilled pvp guy that very much supports pvp and private matches. I feel your pain, and I know a crap ton of people this effects. Even if I personally like killing AI. All we can do for now is accept it and gear towards other ways of gathering friends up to play together. Crucible is kinda team practice for the Iron Banner, is one way to look at it.

I think the people that make the game know what's best for that game... Sometimes you can't give in to what a vary small percentage of the target audience wants... Every poll I've seen says at least 80% of the people on here don't care about private matches , and is more pve focused... Just my thoughts...
