This is really a double ended blade... yes i can see your point that alot of players who mainly play pve are worst at pvp then the hardcore pvpers, though not all hardcore pvpers are persay "good" some just know how to break the game, and PvE players will usualy be better at raids and dungeons then hardcore pvpers. But anways i dont get why you all have to bitch about this, either way Bungie made there choice, no use crying over spilled milk. I get it i think private matches would be nice, either to practice stratigies or too just enjoy a game with friends, but they made there choice.

2 RepliesYou probably are the most Retarded being i've seen, i was 50's in all Halo 3 gamemodes, and i has 22000 xp in swat and i'll be playing PvE only in Destiny, look at my Guardians, none of them have played PvP, i just hate Multiplayer nowadays with campers and shit like this, the whole CoD fanbase will probably more to Destiny, so goodluck in PvP with one of the most annoying community ever !

2 RepliesI don't care for pvp, but if you want to have private matches, you should be able to. I'd love to have private matches to fix and them so that my pve friends and I can get all the nice pvp rewards easily.

Such an elitist sentiment for a video game lol Coming from someone who loves the competition offered by pvp (and averages above 2.0 k/d in any shooter I play), I honestly don't understand why you have to make it pvp supporters vs. pve supporters. Why not just support both and enjoy the game?

I don't care either way but I don't think it's fair to call people out because of their k/d ratio. I still managed to get a pretty decent one despite my little brother also playing on the account and bringing it down. So would my opinion not matter if I disagreed with you? I don't think k/d has anything to do with disagreeing with you. People are just tired of the whining.

Really loved the pve I explored with my friends for a large portion of the beta! I'm super excited for all the new lore hidden in pve and pvp. Does that make me a noob? No that's preference for this game. As far as private matches I'm sad to hear it's not there, but this isn't halo. I'm not getting it to play competitively, and maybe they will pull a titanfall adding it in later! Until then my team and I will destroy in game battles h2a and explore in destiny.

I'm at the bottom of the board because I only played a few matches. I was on PvE for a longer time than crucible, so of course I'll have more kills in PvE. Don't just say that it's because I'm a low class player, I just wanted to experience the PvE more and explore. In Halo, I loved the PvP. I'm a pretty decent player (I think at least, there are plenty more skilled), I just wanted to see the unique PvE experience first.

17 RepliesI agree. PVE players think they are the shit and K/D doesn't matter. They'll soon find out that it isn't the case. It's like they are fighting little kids, winning, and thinking they are so awesome. Us good players are fighting our peers and people who may even be better than us, and coming out on top. That's real strength and skill.

Had a 1.23 kd (not great, I know) but I am MUCH more interested in PVE. Working with my friends in a circumstance such as the strikes and story are ultimately much more interesting to me than playing with random people I don't care about in the crucible. I'll still do it, but I'm buying the game for the story and PVE.

I play very little PvP, I'm the first to admit that I'm not good at it but that is also cause I don't spend 200+ hours playing PvP. Practice makes perfect right? What's the saying?, "I chimp at a typewriter will write Shakespare if given enough time!" Same goes for PvP.......Just saying!

I'm actually pretty damn decent at PvP but I also like a really good story, which is why I play PvE. Another reason is cause i like to fūck sh¡t up!!! But that doesn't stop me from doing the same in PvP :) P.S. I would love Private Matches but I'm not going to throw a temper tantrum over it

I am proof pve players can do well in pvp. You know what i don't even care about my KD, i loved borderlands, halo and have played a bunch of fps games. So this game is perfect for me. This is why i will play it and only be truly competitive in the pve. I can no longer be bothered to be competitive in the pvp. I will do well but thats it.
