Just don't let those -blam!-s at Activision steal your designs. I absolutely love them and would certainly purchase one!!!!

It wouldn't be stealing since Activision actually owns all the designs he used....without permission....which is why he got shut down

I'm sure something could be worked on out of court that if they did sell his designs on a shirt, he would get a percentage as the original artist. sort of. I'm sure that if they took him to court or vice versa, it wouldn't turn out nice for him, and it would be bad press for Activision. Not exactly what they need right now. Who knows? Maybe they'll even endorse his plan and give proceeds to charity. IIRC, the original idea behind these shirts was to sell them mostly at cost and anything above and beyond would be donated anyways?
