I think that might be an exotic hand cannon called the "Last word" it has the ability to allow fanning the hammer, which would explain the effect you observed.

I did not know it was called fanning. But what effects did the ability have? Just a faster RoF?

Yeah i think thats all it is, more geared towards hip firing though.

It's a type of hand cannon they showed in another video. I believe it's functions through a friction wheel said players character spins with left hand while firing with right to cause the round to go off. Just from my observation is what I determined.

Unless they changed golden gun, that's not it. Golden gun had flames, and the bullet path was almost like a fusion rifle's. Also, his super meter did not go down at all when he fired.
