I'm a playstation clan leader/player, but i also have a xbox clan so that Xbox players can also join our awesome clan. :) We are an awesome group of people, who like the idea of working as a team whether in the crucible, or on the main quest. If you don't like clans, that is perfectly understandable, but if you would like a chance to meet new friends, and earn clan rewards in the process, then come give us a chance. Thank you I will check this out, to be honest I usually don't join clans because I don't commit enough time and don't want to be a burden on people by jumping in for one or two crucible matches and then leaving. But for this game I think I have to consider it more seriously, because of the group activities which I know I will eventually want to be a part of. Don't really want to miss any of this game!

That's nice, but really I don't think we are a super competitive clan, or really hardcore gamers. Yeah we will participate in the crucible, and yes we will do clan events, but honestly, I don't expect anyone to put too much into this game. If you like to play the game all the time, good for you, but I also don't have a problem if you just want to be a casual player too. We accept anyone no matter your play style, so there really is no pressure if you join. I mean really, the clan was mostly for easier access to fireteams, so that everyone got to play as a team, but we would also do other stuff as well like the crucible or clan events. I know clans aren't for everyone, but we are more so just a group of buddies playing Destiny together. :p So if you don't want to join I completely understand, but I think if you join you won't be disappointed. :) But anyways, let me know what you think.

And yeah it would be cool to have people to jump into for group activities, not sure how many of my friends are going to play this one, i have at least one for sure, but trying to get more. Need like 5 or whatever that minimum will be, so yeah the clan would solve this.
