That would be a cool like public event type situation however theres a couple problems...
1. The tower is in the middle of the only SAFE city on earth. Meaning that theres no enemies in the city so It wouldnt really make sense for enemies to show up there.
2. You go third person in the tower

1. Tower is at the outer limit of the city, not the center. 2. Sword of Crota is fought in third person.

1. I emphasized SAFE.. meaning there are no enemies anywhere near it. 2. Sword of crota is a sword. Guns are different.
