I don't think this has been confirmed yet. But I have to say I am a tad disappointed. Earth should have more exploreable places. It makes no sense that we can jump throughout our solar system, but can't travel further from the last city than old Russia.
If each story mission is as long as the ones in the beta, I can guess that 100% completion of story in about 8-10 hours.

Those are my concerns too, and hence why I will be waiting for full reviews (and quite possibly a price drop) before I will reconsider purchasing "Destiny."

I am not particularly bothered by it; I eagerly await the PS4 version of "Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition" (includes "RoS" DLC), and I have a few games for my PS4 sitting on a shelf that I have yet to play. (Nevermind the much larger Xbox 360 library of games that I haven't played yet....which in turn is dwarfed by my collection - physical and digital - of PC games. Realistically speaking, I suspect I won't get around to playing all of the unplayed games I currently own.) Either "Destiny" comes through with sufficient content and quality to warrant its price tag in my opinion, or I wait for a price drop. Whatever the outcome may be, I will be playing "Diablo 3." :-)

I think that's because Destiny is a very ambitious game. They have developed resources for 4 totally unique areas when other games use the same resources through-out the campaign. Another zone on earth might as well be another planet. Still, 32 campaign missions that'll be replayed several times, a couple dozen strikes, and two raids is a crap ton of content and then there is 11 maps for multiplayer. A great value.

I hope they surprise us at the launch I just don't wanna get my hopes up so I think less of that game get me?

They will add much more stuff with each expansion. Expect probably 2 mp maps, a raid, and 2-5 strikes per expansion. And possibly more explorable areas/ planets

Yea you're right but how long we have to wait for an expansion pack ? A year ?

No a couple months. I think I heard the first one should drop this holiday season maybe mid winter
