Beta progression carry over
Hey all. Just wondering if any of you actually wants your progression to carry over from the beta to the full game. Personally, when the beta just ended, I wanted all my stuff to be there when I got back. Now that some time has passed, I tend to think it would be better to start from scratch, with whatever info we picked up from beta helping us make better choices during game play. Let me know what you guys think.

Wow, thanks for all the replies guys. Well it's official. According to bungie's weekly update, no beta progression will be carried over. No biggie. I'll spend that extra of time and effort making my exo exactly the way I want. Can't wait for more news from Cologne.

if we got to keep the beta goodies I'd be fine with it. I am also fine with a complete wipe since this will just grant me more play time lol. Destiny! (love to the Purple Ball)

I would be perfectly content to pick up where my characters left off. I plumbed the depths of the first 5 missions, and the OR Explore missions pretty thoroughly. I'm ready to move on to other parts of the game. As for "bad choices" that so many seem to keep referring to, I'm at a loss for what you guys are talking about.

3 RepliesPersonally, I would like to at least have my items still, as well as my character, but would not mind it all being brought back to level one. I doubt that they would carry over and then restart levels, but I liked my character with his build and weapons both, so I would personally hope for a carry over from the beta...
