This is interesting. It's good to see a summary of the factions we know so far, I'd seen some of it separately and seen the content in the beta but this makes it clearer.
I'll likely support each faction to an extent. Mostly because I'll be after a lot of gear! However I only really agree with the FWC of the factions we know of. Dead Orbit are cowardly and are following the history of the descendants of the Awoken: Fleeing did them no good, it won't do us any good now either.
NM make a fair point in being unified, however their religious, royalist connotations deter me. I'm an atheist and so cannot abide religion (no offence to any religious Guardians, just my opinion).
The other two, we'll just have to wait and find out.

I'm so glad you mentioned the basis of the Awoken as an argument against Dead Orbit! I couldn't say it as OP because I didn't want to steer the conversation too much, but I sneer at the Dead Orbit all day long. FWC & NM... I sometimes have a hard time telling the difference between these ideologies. The only thing I see is emphasis, where FWC is focused more on the strength of the individuals being perfected and the glory of the great defining battle, with their minor focus being on forming a unified front, while the mass emphasis of NM is on the unity and coordination of all toward a common goal, with their lesser focus being on the fight itself. Anyone else get this sort of feeling?
