With about a month left to impatiently await the release of Destiny, a lot of my thoughts are towards what I want my character to be like. I'm pretty sure I want to be a hunter before anything else (I don't know for sure though because I couldn't play the beta unfortunately), and I was just wondering what race would make the most sense for a hunter class? I'd do this for all 3 classes, but that would take two more threads. What do you all think would be the race that makes the most sense for the hunter? Also feel free to comment about the other 2 classes and what races would make the most sense for those.
Clarification: This question only concerns aesthetics, so consider RPG elements and whatnot!

Hunter=Human. Nothing crazy, nothing inhuman. A lone figure with nothing but his sniper and his bones Warlock=Awoken. Some say when the Traveler's effects subsided, the Awoken were granted powers beyond comprehension Titan=Exo. Forged in steel and the light of humanity's golden age, they were built to last, take a hit, and them some

In my opinion: Exo - Titan Human - Hunter Awoken - Warlock
-
Exo everything

I´m going with Awoken, why? because I want to play as that race :)

Anything you want

Titans feel like exos more...it sounds like they were programmed to be the main protectors and tough shields...what would be better for that than a metal wall. Warlocks just look like they should be awoken...just the name and everything...awoken with power or light..they look like their filled with power to use. Hunters: their history sounds more human to me...they seem to be the most skilled with...skill..like they're using they're experiences from before to fight.. Just my opinion

Exos have precision, and considering they don't have to breathe, they could be super stealthy

My .02: Initially my thought process was that a human would fill the roll of the Titan, not only as the defenders of the wall but I would imagine humans would be the "last standing" to defend the last city and the final resistance for earth itself in those final hours. I could, however, imagine a Titan corp made up mostly of humans and exos defending the city and it's inhabitants with their dying breaths. For hunters I figured that with the fall of the majority of mankind all those exos designed for help would find themselves abandoned as their "owners" went off to fight in the final battles against the darkness. When they never returned the exos turned into refugees & outcasts. This could have put a burden on the remaining surviving cities resources and as supplies, room and power became shorter in supply the exos were eventually "pushed out" to fend for themselves as they didn't really require the necessities their human counterparts required. Harboring no real ill will towards humans exos became scavengers and hunters eeking out an existence in a very hostile world. Finally I think the awoken just fit that warlock description as they ventured out into space and possibly came across something in the darkness that forever changed them. I see those pre-awoken out on the verge of our inner solar system experimenting with dark elements and something went wrong (or right) that forever changed them. However, I could see exo titans and human hunters as well in these scenarios. Even a few outlier awoken that have not forsaken their human origins fitting into any of these classes as well. I didn't think too much about it during the beta as I just wanted to get into it right away, but now, I think I will really put some thought into MY character's personal background/history when creating my class in the final game. NOTE: passive race stats could throw all this out the window so I kind of don't want to see anything like that in the retail version. God speed Guardians

I'm going to say human. Exos wouldn't have been outlaws before, and Awoken, not sure. But they give me a Warlock vibe.
-
Human: Eh. The vanilla, "You're the Special One!" experience. Awoken: Space-Elf, glow-stick with random tasteful accent. Exo: Robots...Fighting robots! In reality, Johnny-5 is more intriguing to me than the rest.

That depends are you alliance or horde? and what spec? Beast Mastery? Marksmen? Survival?
-
I like the Exo voice for the hunter
-
I did awoken because blue skin + dark blue hair + demonic yellow eyes just screamed ninja assassin to me
-
I went human just based on the survivalist premise, but my mentor was an exo in the beta. Probably just pick what you like visually and you'll be happy.
-
I made a Human hunter on Xbox and an exo hunter on PS. For some reason the human hunter just felt right.
-
Awoken. No ands, ifs or buts.
-
Anything because no racial bonuses. Its all about aesthetics, look at them all and decide for yourself.
-
-
My Hunter will be Female Awoken. That one hairstyle that comes with a headband just has a "Hunter" look.
-
I'm making an exo solely because of their dance lol
-
For gameplay reasons: any race as the race does absolutely nothing. Aesthetics: I feel like the Awoken make wonderful Hunters both for looks and maybe even lore. However the most accurate lore reasoning would be this: Humans are Hunters(hunters described as scavengers and mankind was wiped out), Exo's are Titans (they are armored robots, duh), and Awoken are Warlocks (the most knowledgeable race, and clearly the most magically advanced) .

Exo, because Exo goes good with anything ;3
