After the overwhelming support for my last post I decided I wanted the community to be more involved with the Warlock Armor Concepts.
So here you guys go! Cast a vote, and be my art director. After a day or so I'll pick 3 or 4 and render them out.
Remember these are super rough, and their intention is to explore what rare or legendary sets might look like.
If you have any suggestions as to color schemes, or things I should add/subtract from the one you voted for, leave a comment~
Thanks again Guardians!

Ahh.. I Love being a Space-wizard!

Very cool. If you will take my constructive (hopefully) criticism, I'd like to say some things that I think would make it fit Destiny a bit more. They look a little busy, very cool, but kind of too extravagant for Warlock IMO. So far all of the designs in-game have been more of the streamlined, elegant robes with some more intricate designs on trims or decorations on the accessories. I would really love to see you tone down the armor a bit and push more of the wizard type robes. Maybe experiment with colors, I've been dying to see something in orange or an amber or something in Destiny. Please keep making these, they're awesome and I'd love to see some of your Warlock designs in color!

Wow amazing! I couldn't decide between 1,5, and 6 but 6 is a close winner! Keep it up, I'd like to see what you do with the other classes!

Edited by H0TWAD: 8/5/2014 7:24:02 AMUr very talented, they're all nicely put together but I think they lack the practicality typical of the game's design. These armors are for gunfire skirmishes rather than melee based confrontation. So you would expect to see much mor smooth/angular plating rather than spikes and ridges. Also, alot of the more valuable loot is hand-me-down type of stuff that has been modded from generation to generation, as such its not at all out of the question for exterior pieces of an armor set to conflict directly with the core design (food for thought that might g7ve you a little more freedom). Also, you might try to show more wear and tear. Just some cc from someone with way less talent than ur showing with this concept art.

All seven look great, like 6 the best though. Well done.

Edited by Elegize: 8/5/2014 7:41:37 AMArmor 4 with the helmet 6. These look pretty good. When you say "render them out", do you mean in 3D software? Looking forward to that.

"Why aren't we funding this?"
-
Armor 1 with helmet 5
-
Um, I got to go with D, all of the above.
-
Edited by Psyko_Dad: 8/5/2014 8:15:37 AMPicked 6, but 5 is a very close second. Also, awesome designs.
-
I just had to go with 6. I love lotr and that looks so much like sauron. But I have to admit I don't care I'd wear them all
-
1, 5, and 6. Everyone is going with 6.
-
All of them look interesting really, two looks so-so but I can see it being interesting with some color schemes. With that said I believe the bottom three standout to myself the most got that Warlock feel to them. Can't wait to see final product, cheers!
-
I'd totally wear 4
-
This was a hard choice, but I went with 6.
-
Very nice, my friend. I like 1 and 2.
-
Six. Seven is very good, too.

Edited by KRIPTICON: 8/5/2014 11:19:58 AMI voted 2 but they all look badass to be honest. Amazing. EDIT: The community needs you to do this for Titan armor. Seriously.
-
Can't you make some better female ones. Ones that don't make her look so bulky
-
Personally, I think the popped collar is a must for every high level warlock armor, which is why I voted 6 over 2.
