What was your most recent dream?

Describe it in detail, and perhaps post why you think you might've had that dream, if you want. I'll post mine in the comments.

  • Bumping this thread because why not. Had a really weird dream last night. I can't remember all the details since it's been more than 12 hours since I awoke, but I'll try my best. Pretty much all the dream took place in my living room. We were watching some sort of news broadcast, about how a massive object was detected floating around Mars. For some reason the TV showed some sort of "google maps" with all the planets, so we were watching a real-time broadcast of what was happening around Mars. That said, it looked really silly and almost fake -- the planets just floated around on the screen and were the wrong sizes. See attached picture for what it looked like, somewhat (there were other planets floating around too, though they weren't important) Now, the object itself clearly looked like a spaceship. And somehow it was using some sort of gravitational pull to move mars around. I remember thinking how they might be trying to steal Mars. Eventually Mars started to break up into pieces. At a certain point the spaceship started to take a piece of Mars that had a space station on it (it sorta looked like an aircraft carrier... on Mars) and I remember yelling at the TV about how they couldn't do that. After that the brodcast was cut off and replaced with two weird looking human-like creatures standing on Mars' surface with a weird building in the background. The creatures were mostly human like, though they had weird marks on their faces. To tell you the truth I don't really remember what they said, but I do know they were aliens. Once the alien broadcast ended it was revealed it was all some marketing stunt by some company. Honestly thinking back the dream was kind of dull and nothing really happened. But it felt very real (despite the absolute absurdity of it), and I was actually surprised when I woke up. The one thing that stuck out to me was how crazy it would be if suddenly it was announced that there was a UFO floating above Mars.
