I have nothing against these options, but I have to say as someone who always turns off auto-aim, I didn't even realise Destiny had it.
They did a damn good job of covering it up.

I agree it's hidden pretty well on the PS4. To the point when it does happen I'm not sure if I imagined it lol The VERY odd time it snaps to a target but the majority of the time it doesn't

What system you playing on NEXtX3N? I was telling my plight of the horrible aim assist to a co-worker and he said he doesn't notice is at all on Xbox One. I play on PS3 and it is very very noticeable. I always turn aim-assist off on all console shooters I play.

I'm playing on PS4. :) Of the consoles the PS3 certainly has the worst sticks for aiming, so maybe it is a platform thing.
