Do a ton of exercise the day before, then you'll go to bed early and sleep like a baby.

Trust me, I've tried everything when it comes to trying to sleep. It just usually doesn't work out.

It took me a week but staying up for 18-30 hours at a time and just sleeping until I got back to normal. I was waking up at 16:00 and going to bed at 07:00 so I know the feeling. My sleep schedule is now a lot better but I have to work to keep it where it is now.
