I don't see many people saying there gonna be Sunsinger most of them say vortex walker but personally I think the Sunsinger class is gonna be so much better and I have a list why because I'm all fancy like but to lazy to be put in order
1. You can revive yourself and MAYBE your teammates with your super my friend and I saw in a video that so and so revived so and so but I don't know the video and don't know if it's leg it's so it's just a MAYBE but I think they will
2. The grenades are so awesome one turns into a mini sun when attached to someone!! and one shoots bolts of light at people!!
http://puu.sh/avSRT/2f6493d70d.jpg
3.We can get a second grenade!! And like I said a second ago the grenades are awesome so to have 2!!!
http://puu.sh/avSVp/30bdcb6e7b.jpg
4. Your super buffs you so much to where you can one shot someone with a Melee and is speculated to recharge all of the cool downs faster while radiance is active!
5. When you kill someone with your Melee you can make them explode!! Freaking explode!!
http://puu.sh/avT3H/ea493f2f63.jpg
6. Look at this description you can not tell me this doesn't sound bad ass!!

Now in these I just posted some of my personal favorites about this class but there's even more awesome stuff I can't wait to find out more about them and then eventually get to play as them!!
Everyone should watch dattodoesdestiny video breakdown about Sunsinger it helps a lot and goes over all the powers
From what I understand all the subclasses will be available once you hit level 20, and you can swap them out at any time exactly like a weapon, so it will be prudent for people to level up all of their subclasses, especially for Raids. I can see alot of Raids needing to swap abilities in the Raid, as say during a crowd control kind of fight with just a ton of smaller enemies (thralls, or dregs) fist of havoc would be more effective but during say a mini boss skirmish, the ward of dawn that gives the party energy shields would be more effective. The subclasses will be more like instantaneous loadouts that once you have them locked down their settings will be stuck and the powers of each thing will get a small boost. So if you are saying you will want to play as sunsinger and that's it, you're missing the point of the subclasses. You aren't stuck to any one subclass permanently. you will be able to switch it out on the fly as you may need the benefits of certain abilities. the Raiding parties are going to be 6 man squads, I recommend that everyone who plays should level up and max out all 3 characters you make before you do raids, because you may need to switch out characters depending on the raid, and I know that they have said Raids will require alot of faith in your friends and who you team up with. So variations in weapons, armor and classes, and subclasses will be really important. I'm betting that Raids will be better with 1 titan, 2 warlocks, and 3 hunters, or 2 of each and that's basing off of classic MMO formats, that usually you need less tanks than crits, and the Hunter has amazing abilities pertaining to criticals. have fun guys.
EVERYONE IF YOU HAVENT SEE DATTO'S VIDEO ABOUT MARS TRAILER, GUN NERFS AND SUNSINGER WATCH IT!!! There's a scene where a warlock activates radiance and used his melee to ONE SHOT A PIKE!! It blows up the pike and person on it

Sounds like ur gonna need to be, to a degree , all the classes. Switching to and from as needed.

Oh hell yah!! Ive been following this class since it was anounced and im so gonna go sunsinger. It has the best super in the game! they kill me, i come back and finish them i cant wait. plus i love how you can make all the abilities compliment each other grenades ignite people, ignite burns longer and harder your hits ignite people CANT WAIT

Edited by BradleyFPS: 7/31/2014 12:20:33 AMI was unaware you could revive teammates with it.
-
I'm a titan but on my fireteam is a warlock he's gonna be a sunsinger, with a gunslinger hunter and me being a defender
-
Good chance I will be a Sunsinger class.
-
I thought I liked nova bomb until I heard of sun singer and then my mind exploded
-
I will now. You've convinced me.
-
There are two #3's by the way, now I'm confused
-
From what I heard on the raid video your going to have to be good with both, swap them out accordingly
-
Idk if I'm gonna pick sun singer to lock in but I'm going to at least try it
-
I'm Actually Instrested in the third subclass. Ig you noticed there was an empty Slot by subslinger
-
I'd like to use the Bladedancer sub-class for the hunter. You can turn invisible while using arc-blade and crouching! Tell me that's not awesome.
-
In the Beta I really enjoyed an Auto Rifle that cut my Grenade cool down time significantly. I will have to test out both trees. I always lean towards the highest DPS tree naturally. I love the Warlock play style. But the look of the Hunter. I enjoyed all 3 classes though. I wish SWTOR would have had a hot swap on the fly spec respec feature like this. Respec/Regear takes to damn long in SWTOR.
-
I will also be using the Sunsinger a bit. I wanna use it for the raids because thats where it would most useful.
-
They said that the warlock class was inspired by Jedi knights so I would assume the last warlock class is going to be really cool with some "force lightning" like abilities.
-
My friend is going to be a Sunsinger. If I wake a Warlock character then I'm sure I'll try it out
-
I'm with you man, I looked at the talent tree and its exactly like how I like to play. Melting faces, explosions and close range combat. I'm thinking a nice shotgun, some good discipline+ strength+ armor and good to go. Will kinda feel a bit like Krieg from Borderlands.
-
I will definitely be using sunsinger. The class is really appealing to me.
-
I see what you mean they do look epic but many people will steer clear because of the lack of nova bomb and high level abilities such as bloom for crowd control and multi kills. It is important to remember though you can switch subclasses like you switch armour or weapons so people will use both
-
I have thought about this a lot, the Sunsinger subclass would go well with my guardian and also fit my name as well. I think I'll play with all 3 subclasses to decide then lock my favourite down. If I have the energy I may just create 3 different warlocks and lock a different one to each! haha. cant wait to see the third subclass theoretically it should be an Arc based power... but time will tell, Roll on 9.9.14

Edited by Meraxion: 7/30/2014 11:51:00 AMI'll have to wait and see until (hopefully) we can see what the third Warlock Subclass is. But dat Nova Bomb tho... I'm leaning towards Sunsinger, although, as I said, I going to have to wait until the third subclass until I make up my mind. Alas, right now Sunsinger is first, leading by a second grenade in front of the Voidwalker, followed by the Lightflier(?) or Lightbringer or Lightseer, coming up expectantly.

Edited by AscendantWyvern: 7/30/2014 11:38:48 AMI plan on being Sunsinger strictly for the Super. Being able to both boost damage output (which for a semi-auto fanboy means EVERYTHING, is really nice) and being able to revive YOURSELF is a REALLY appealing super. You can focus very specifically on Intellect (I forget the actual name...but the one that boosts super cooldown) and be a GOD with it. A god that JUST WONT DIE! MWAAAHAHAHA! PS. Plus the ability to stand still midair for a bit while ADSing is a bonus.
-
One of my Warlocks will be this.
-
I'll look into Sunsinger but I have a feeling I'll stay a Voidwalker
-
Edited by I LEFT CAPS 0N: 8/3/2014 8:06:12 AMI kinda like the Sunsinger subclass, but... 1) no more Nova Bomb of doom :'( 2) the "Arcane" and "Order" feats really mess up how I play my Warlock (agility, recovery, and armor were in the perfect balance so I could be tough and fast in the fray of battle) 3) most of the choices sound great when combined, but how they are now, I really couldn't choose A over B.

Sorry I'm sunbro
