This is one of the better suggestions, but i feel like it is changing too much of the gameplay. Also, even if the heavy sniper rifle had rare ammo, it may still be OP being a one shot kill unless it was a bolt- action rifle.

right, but what you just described is also true of the machine gun, AND the rocket launcher. Its rare ammo, much like your big ability. Its supposed to be more powerful, maybe a little over powered, because you will get like 2-4 shots at a time. And yes i do agree it should have a large space between shots, much like a bolt action. I'm just curious why this what not the route they went, as I see it as a good way of balancing the gun choices, and giving a variety of game play at the same time.
