2 things need to be done with hand cannons. 1- explosive rounds. 2- NOT a primary

I believe explosive rounds will be an unlockable skill for legendary HC, but it would be nice to have for all HC in general huh? And really I like them as a primary, but I do see where you are coming from, as they are right now, they just don't match the other primaries in comparison.

also in most trailers the hunter has 3 weapons, hand cannon, auto rifle, and sniper, so what does that say
