I jumped on this app to start the same post. I was completely let down by the hand canons performance; it made no sense to even have it as an option it's performance was so dreary. First off I think at short range nothing but a shotgun should out damage the HC. Next crits with it, especialy close range shots to the dome piece, should kill or at least take the target down to a point they are afraid the continue. I don't know by what percent the damage or crit rate should be adjusted but I do know that a guardian at close range with a HC should make you pray that they are a bad shot. The way it is now I hoped that someone would be brave enough to use a HC in pvp, it seems to up my K/D ratio.....
