Ya just go for headshots. The handgun is the most skilled based weapon in my opinion because you have to get perfect headshots for it to overpower the other primary weapon types

I agree with you that the HC is definitely the most skill based of the primaries, and headshots are definitely the way to go, but see my general issue is, headshot speaking, that I can only take down two to three enemies if all my shots hit the head, while I can take down four to five enemies with a scout rifle or auto rifle if all of my shots hit the head plus have better reload speed. The HC doesn't really need to go down in the amount of skill level it takes to use, it just really needs a little boost in certain areas to be able to give the same performance as other primaries.
