PVE love it in combo with a sniper gun, its a precision weapon and you have to adjust your playstyle to it. (because of the slow reload and 6 slot ammo).
PVP ??? not realy a PVP player. but from what i read i would guess that a headshot should be deadly. no changes for reload or ammo slots. we are guardians and not end bosses with enormous HP.

I really like what you said about PVE, as much as I love playing with my friends, I often prefer to go solo so I can use the HC to it's fullest potential. It's not a gun you can go crazy with, you need to time your shots and be patient, not just rush through and overwhelm.
