The beta is over. How did you go out?

And what a trip it was. I overlooked the earth as the server shut down, and broadcasted to twitch for the final hour and a half. Let's hear your stories, Guardians.
For those interested, here is the final broadcast i made to twitch. The last part, floating in space, is my favorite.

I completed a PVP game with 25-4 K/D 2.78 & an 11 kill streak. This is a complete fluke for me as I only average K/D 0.58. Iam very happy with the way I bowed out, Im still in shock.

I quit early because the last couple of days was just full of disconnects. So I guess you could say, I went out capturing a control point. I doubt Bungie will delete the data so fast. Not before analyzing it.

I pre-ordered the limited edition and came on did a mission for Clyde ,knifed a Reaver Vandal and was dragged away from my baby :(

Went to my favourite spot in old Russia and just sat down and looked upon the earth with my buds (after we cleared the hell out of it first and danced on the graves of the fallen)

Was all hyped up after a final successful raid on the fallen and my guardian was all hyped up to get a few more kills in the crucible maybe meet a few chicks grab a beer who knows but on the way discovered that the crucible was empty, the beta had ended about 20 seconds before. He then knew what he had to do, before all the server data was deleted his powered his ship up to ludicrous speed and blasted right off towards September 9th. Will he survive the close of the beta? Then I cried because I couldn't get back in. I was happily going to walk over to his corpse to t-bag it, but Bungie killed all that noise real quick.

went out in the crucible, with my friend and I both having our best games. i like the kind of irony that the last map we played was first flight

I was still figuring out how to use my capture card, but I went out trying to get my hunter to level 8. I was about fifteen minutes away :c

I tried to fly a ship into the Tower, screaming something about my particular brand of tribalistic mysticism. Bungie caught me in the act though.

I sat in the top of the tree in the tower overlooking some fellow guardians buying gear and whatnot.

I sat alone atop the rusting ship in the forgotten shores. Sitting, starring at the lost and rusted shipping docks of the Golden Age. I watched as the players around me dropped into their own sleep. And readied myself for my time to come. My gun at my side, I know when I awake. I'll be ready.

I finally got that Sahara-AR3 from a drop while doing some loot grinding that morning. I then max out the weapon's skills and only had one Crucible match with it before going to work at 2pm...then I check Bungie's twitter informed that the beta ends at 8:30 RIP Destiny Beta ;_;

I played a few games in the Crucible with two of my friends, we won every sngle one. After we finished the Crucible on a high note, we went to Orbit and thats when we began dropping out one by one. In the end, it was just me so I went to the Tower for the last time. There were a few people with me when I spawned, but after I walked up the stairs from the Vanguards, I noticed I was the only player in the Tower... Everyone else was already gone. So I walked to the edge of the Tower and gazed over the City and at the Traveler for the final few moments. Then, I pulled out my Ghost and went to Orbit, thats when I got the message that my adventure was over.

Me and a friend were filming a glitch to get outside of the map. We never got the video unfortunately, as the beta ended as we started filming.
