My thoughts as well. In fact this whole situation reminds me alot of the speculation in the months leading up to the GTA 5 launch. The gta forums were alot like this with people claiming the map would be very small, and also after they datamined the preload and everyone thought there wouldnt be as much as they thought in the game. We saw how that turned out, the game was actually huge! Bungie and Rockstar are very similar in that they remain extremely tight lipped until launch, and they know people are going to datamine the files, it honestly wouldnt suprise me one bit if they were very careful choosing what files to leave behind in the beta build. Everything so far is speculation, bungie has never let me down before and after playing the beta, im confident they're going to deliver once again. :D
