Reasons why I think the Shingen/Cydonia is OP.
1.) Extremely accurate
2.)Damn good range considering the weapon type
3.) Out-damages pulse rifles, scout rifles, and hand cannons at range unless it is a very, very large distance. Based on this example alone, I fail to see how some people think the guns are fine.
4.) Will shred you to bits in under 1/2 a second. Seriously, at mid-range, I poke my head out from around a corner then quickly hide again and these weapons drop my health down to a tiny sliver, if not kill me.
These weapons aren't so OP that everything just gets rofl stomped by people using them, but it comes close. The people at the top of the leaderboards of every match are pretty much always using an AR.

The auto rifles are fine they just need a little bit more recoil or a big damage reduction at range.

The gun isn't OP at all, you haven't seen what OP means, it means you die in half a second, with your logic this gun is better than Snipers and Shotguns and possibly every vehicle in the game, see how stupid your argument is? These guns do the job from the distance like they're supposed to, I used this gun all the time and let me not speak about the internet warriors that survived the entire clip when I shot their head, especially if the bullet sponge bug is one they cannot fix, might as well leave everything as it is and focus on buffing other weapons.

Have you ever actually been in a fight with somebody using one? They will shred you. I really don't get what you're trying to do by pointing at lagging opponents as evidence that it isn't OP... It is NOT okay that another primary can beat Scout Rifles at long range. That in and of itself means they have to be adjusted. I'd rather they not buff other weapons, because if they did you would not have a chance to fight people who see you first. It really would turn into a who-see-whom game if the Scout Rifle could kill you faster at long range than the AR currently can.

Dude I've got an uncommon scout rifle and an uncommon hand cannon and the singen C They are all equally usefull.

You've just got to use them in different situations hand cannon could do with a upgrade but it isn't entirely needed.

Lies Auto rifles can handle all the situations that pulse and hand cannon are meant for and can shoot at scouts with having a huge mag to suppress. You didn't go up against me.

I'd say it's required as far as we know. All the hand cannons we had access to were literally inferior scout rifles. It isn't just my opinion; it's an objective fact. Just compare the level 8 green scout rifles and hand cannons. I'm not saying that hand cannons are not viable, they are, but the fact that they are a weaker version of another gun warrants some sort of change to differentiate the two. I realize this post may sound a bit hostile, so please don't take it that way.

Buffing other weapons is certainly a viable option. My big issue is when a full autogun has a lower TTK than a semiautomatic gun under the condition that the semiautomatic is scoring all head shots. If you are pulling off head shots as fast as reasonably possible (looking at RoF and ignoring a gun with kick so high that its impossible to get headshot at max RoF is not helpful) with a handcannon or SR, you should take down someone using a full auto gun if both shot at same time. Why do I have that opinion? Well... it makes the SR/cannon less forgiving weapons that can win if you show superior aim. At the same time, the AR can shred fast with bodyshots and headshots and is much more forgiving in lag/dodging/misses.
