I've noticed that it takes quite a long time to switch grenades, having to hit start > wait for inventory to load (that real killer sometimes) > hit your skill tree > flip types. Perhaps adding the skill tree as another tab you can bumper over to would be better since grenade types can have a big impact in PvE and PvP with defending or attacking.
