I agree about the customization. I want some facial hair at the very least! But yeah, 7 presets is very little for a game emphasizing you as your character becoming legend. As far as hunter being worse for PvP, I disagree. I have only played as a hunter so far and was 1st place 85% of the time. Yeah I used my super less than everyone else, but those precision kill bonuses work well and the golden gun is 3 free kills on any of the smaller maps and the easiest super to use against vehicles.
