Are you serious they couldn't let it go till the beta ends? I leave the iron match to see how many points I need, then come back and it's over, really? I was a couple points away..

hope the make the iron banner a regular event in the full launch game i loved it running around with some overpowered auto rifle raking in the kills made me happy gave me a bit of incentive to actually gear out playing the same strike was getting a bit tedious and open world exploring was never really my thing but normal crucible just seemed to be missing something to make it epic but ganking low geared folk with awesome gear = happy being able to kill folk fast allowed for room sweaps soloing 2-3 people a little imbalance is awesome if its in your favor = )

I wish they made these events during the week... They should know that there are people that are busy during the WEEKEND to do things and like to kick back to play video games after work on the weekday nights. Just my. 02

I was out doing missions to get 2k glimmer so I could buy the rank 1 warlock bond but I was like 5-10 minutes late getting enough glimmer and the iron banner was closed. of the two things i wanted from there I only got 1 because for the first couple of days of the beta I was on parris island getting read for my brother to graduate from the Marines so I only had one day to play the beta but it took me till about 4pm until it installed. Then I had to get my character to level 8 and then go into the iron banner so I could actually win. So in the end if only I was 10 minutes faster I would have gotten all i wanted from the iron banner. I wonder if bungie is going to do the iron banner like once every month on the full release. Because that might be cool. It'll probably just be beta exclusive though. I'll keep playing today though and see if bungie sneaks another iron banner in there but i doubt it. Perhaps bungie could open op the iron banner store without letting them play the actual game type so people who have enough rank and glimmer can still get the stuff they might not have had the glimmer for before. All in all, the beta is in the truest sense of the word AWESOME. With a beta this good I have ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBTS about the full release being blood chillingly magnificent. Edit - The Iron Banner is real and I'm going to destroy everyone it in for my rewards.

I just got rank 2 and it doesn't seem possible to get too rank 5 in the time they give us. now im not complaining im doing really good in the matches but even so it doesn't seem possible for how many points you receive...to get 3000 points you need to win literally 300 times that's a lot of time more then they have allotted us with. just saying.....I remember at the beginning the armor was rank 2 to buy why did they change it too rank 3?

serait il possible de mettre en place un calendrier précis d'événement de la bannière de fer . car il est impossible de voir quand l'événement commence. ce qui fait que la derniere fois en quittant une partie exploration je tombe dessus et l'événement se terminer dans les 10 minutes qui on suivie

1 Reply2 Headshot sprees away from the bounty and a hundred points away from top score bounty right before being dropped from Iron Banner matchmaking... dang. Got the Ship, Banner, and Titan Mark though. Sweet stuff, can't wait for the full game to come out. Dont care if nothing is kept from the beta. 10/10 would bang again.

1 ReplyIt's extremely fun once you figure some things out. If you are not a big FPS PvP player, it takes some getting used to. In the beginning, I kept getting thrown into games where my team was already losing by thousands of points with little time left. OR, I would end up dropping into a game where there's 3 or 4 people on my team and 6 on the other. I still have no figured out the leveling system. Even at level 8, at times it felt like I was shooting people in the face (with a 62 damage auto rifle), unloading a whole clip and their shield wouldn't even drop. And they'd shoot me one time with a shotgun and I'd die or be critical. And this is without using their special ability. I really had to learn to compensate by using more mobility and other tricks, then I could actually make it into the Top 3 in scoring in a round, rather than always being bottom 2 lol. Also the pikes seem a bit fragile, lol. Crucible is incredibly fun though. More interested in the story and public events and other PvE stuff. But it still drew me in. That's a first for me.
