1. Actually I remember seeing a option to turn it off, I think it was called aim assist
2. No thanks, the current structure creates a much more fun, creative structure, encouraging people to mix classes and loadouts, if anything your suggestions would homogenize each class, as every titan would use the same kind of loadout etc.
3. Its called pacing, by not giving us the full picture the game lures us to continue playing, so we can learn these answers as we play, its not a story telling style that appeals to everyone, but it's in no way a bad one.
Thats my 2 cents on these points.

1. I just checked again, the closest thing is "Autolook Centering" which I believe is what pulls the view to a center default position when you leave the camera view idol. I have this set to off, which is the default, so that can't be what is tracking enemies. 2. I understand the idea of build diversity being a problem, but right now the classes hold very little importance of the choice. Right now the class is such a small part of our build it's more like we're all just one class with many possible loadouts with not much difference, and I would much prefer three focused styles of gameplay that are vastly different from eachother. 3. I'm well aware of pacing, and I'm not a fan of it when it this slow to give us such basic information about the world. There are also many other mysteries they could go into over the gameplay that I did not mention because it makes logical sense for us to not get answers about them without progressing through the game. Some examples: What is the true purpose of the Traveller? Is the Darkness sentient or just a mindless hunter? What are the Fallen as a species, do they have a culture? What are the hive in relation to the Darkness and why would the Hive and Fallen fight eachother if they are both on the side of the Darkness? I shouldn't have to play through a large chunk of the game and slaughter hundreds of minions of the Darkness to ask an Exo about his people and culture.

Yeah I agree....the worrying thing is I dont think they would hold that much of the basic story line back which leads mr to believe we won't be given that in depth story! Surprising if not seeing as they had such in depth stories in halo but we will see!!

Well the classes "specials" are currently the only ones that stands out. Although in my opinion, the Warlock's grenade and the Titian's special seems a bit OP. Like the duration for the grenade should not last over 6 seconds. And for Warlock, there needs to be a slight delay when it comes his/her special slam attack. But that's just me.

Personally I don't see the fuzz in why the classes need to be more distinct, why do you wanna hamper players and there playstyle?

Edited by Kurodius: 7/19/2014 2:53:46 PMBecause currently all classes have a single blurred- together playstyle, and there are a lot of people that would like three unique playstyles for the sake of diversity. It's not about segmenting parts of what's there into three parts, it's about making those three parts have more tools that make each class feel like different styles of play.

Auto look centering != aim assist
