Extremely high game volume compared to party
Any way to change game volume? Mine is ridiculously loud. In my party chat I have part volume prioritized max setting, my friend has his mic volume all the way up, and I cannot hear him at all when the game music, gun shots, etc. are going. All other games on PS4 are fine.

1 Replyyeah even on xbone in intense situations with a lot of music and gunfire (the times when communication is most needed) I cannot hear my friends at all. normally I would just turn game volume down but on my one or in Destiny the game and chat volumes are one in the same. so I really need an in game option to reduce physical volumes and music volumes.

HEADSUP : go to system music player,turn one of your songs on repeat,turn the volume all the way down on the music settings bar and THEN go loadup Destiny. Ta-Da no more irritating crappy background music!

Bump. Only solution I've found with my setup is to turn the optical splitter off and have No game sound at all when I'm in a party. Now I hear what everyone is doing in VOG. I'm sure it would have not been hard to add volume mixers like most other games have.

Yea this games really needs it. They say they made it really friendly to play with others but I really dont see that.
