The Odd Squad sounds like a perfect fit for you. We are a close knit group that got our start back in March 2007 on the PS3 launch title Resistance Fall of Man. ODD is based in the US and we are currently playing Battlefield 4 to pass the time until Destiny arrives.
Currently, we have 12 active members ranging from 18 years old and up. We value the quality of the player both as a person and their skill in the game.
