Well I pre-ordered like in last October and never got anything.. Then I made a new preorder with a different email and etc.. Never got anything back then I preordered again which was dumb of me... but I got Limited edition.. and I haven't gotten the code or anything like that... and My cousins and Uncles are Ps3-4 players and they've already Redeemed their codes....

Sorry I wasn't Clear... I preodered in BestBuy. and yes Best buy was a retailer.
