Why does the traveler look like it's deteriorating?
Why does the Traveler look like it's deteriorating? It's kinda strange to me that it looks like that.

4 RepliesYou forget that it Sacrificed it's self so save humanity? I guess that's the reason its deteriorating , it no longer lives.

Either its final action to push back the darkness rendered the traveller pretty much inert and humanity has been using it to form the city. Or its merely weaken and bears the scars of battle.

It now just hovers over the last city on earth. I don't know where I heard this, but this could possibly be why it looks like it has holes and pieces that have fallen off of it.

My guess is either it cannibalized itself to make the Ghosts or overuse by humanity caused it to deteriorate.

8 RepliesI have always believed that as the travelers last action it made the ghosts (now established lore thanks to grimoir cards) Seems logical that it used parts of its self, cannibalizing materials and electronics
