Even though I am not in this situation, I would also like to know. My guess is that it will transfer because so far from what I know, the saved data is on their servers and not our consoles so the DLC stuff should be linked to our accounts. At least if you stay within Microsoft or Sony from 360 to 1 or PS3 to PS4.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, since everything is on their servers it should transfer but I'm just not entirely sure.
