One problem with that. Imagine fighting the NPCs now with single player. To be honest it really doesn't need a campaign. Cut it all together and make it $40. I would have been more happy with unlockable cut scenes instead of the "Campaign" we experienced in this title. And I hope they hire someone to write something decent. I don't want to unite humanity against the machines. I like the machines!
Seriously, right now it's a trio of Titans, Pilots, and Grunts. Taking out one of those crucial elements in a single player could cause problems.

Then they should improve all of that in Titanfall 2.

With Expedition DLC, there's hint that we may get aliens in the next one.
-
Those hints have been around since the base game m8 Look at the ruins on the map with the water and the cruiser, or the hugeass statue in the skybox of the map with the IMS Oddessy
-
It was never explocitly confirmed until Expedition that there were alien structures m8
-
It didn't need to be explicitly stated though m8. It was pretty obvious they were alien
-
Ooooo What do they look like?
-
You have the game right? Go onto the fishing village map with the crusier. The B hardpoint is located in one of these ruins. There's another on the DLC Swamp Land one
-
Edited by BannedBacon: 6/30/2014 3:27:10 PMLike Mayan temple sort of things in the middle of a swamp. Like the structures you see in Halo Legends: The Babysitter
-
So lazy alien ruins.
-
Edited by BannedBacon: 6/30/2014 3:47:43 PMYeah. Nothing cool like Forerunner structures or Prothean stuff.
-
Blah. At least the ruins on Heian made sense being ancient human and whatnot.
-
Is it confirmed they're Human?
-
Edited by Lord of Admirals: 6/30/2014 4:10:35 PMHeavily implied. Practically confirmed at this point. When Frankie was asked why the Forerunner structures look human, he responded with, "Who said they're Forerunner?"
-
Oo interesting! It's wierd, I always imagined as them being what Precursor structures looked like.
-
Nah. The Precursor structures are silver.
