The Mentors of the Welcoming Committee were a self-started group who took great initiative to make this community more friendly toward newcomers. I was cooking up a similar idea, so I drafted them as test pilots. With their amazing work in ruling the #Support forum, it's been easy to make them official agents of Bungie.net.

But what do we do when the mentor can't help with our actual problem. I had engrams redeemed from codes that disappeared when clicked inside the postmaster in game, talk about a bug. Why no ticket system???

I played Destiny now for a long Time And I'm shure that i understood the Game I would really be glad to help some German Players as a native speaker as i joined the Community i was not able to find the Support i needed.
