The PS4 uses about 137 watts per hour during gameplay according to this. That would be 1096 watts over 8 hours. DC to AC converters are under 100$, so you could get that. For wifi, If you have an iPhone, you can jailbreak it and get an app to share the 3g/4g connection with a laptop(that has an 8 hour battery) via the charger, and connect the laptop to the PS4 with an Ethernet cable. It would be technically possible, but would most likely require a van for a battery that big, and would be expensive and time consuming to set up(as in $1000+, and at least an hour), not to mention you would have a huge data usage bill on your phone. I have looked into this before, lol. Edit: You would need a bigger battery to power the screen.

 • That's what I was looking for. Thanks. This really sucks. The car I'm driving has a television built in. Is there any way I can plug my PS4 into the car's battery and play it on the drive? Or is the car's battery to able to sustain the PS4?

 • You could run it off the car battery for about 3 hrs 20 min on the average car, but your car wouldn't function after that. It could connect to your tv if the tv has HDMI or optical input.
