Seriously? I would think that we ought to be letting this whole timed exclusive topic go before those who have a legitimate gripe with the game like the absence of split screen. Destiny looks like it is going to be a spectacular game that doesn't mean it's perfect or that folks shouldn't ask Bungie to add in a feature they find will help them enjoy the game better. Just because you or I don't care about split-screen doesn't mean others don't and the forums is the place for those peeps to sound off about it.

I don't like the way ppl try to tear Bungie a new one over every issues/mistake. But I mean it is a legitimate gameplay concern/problem. The only reason I would say ppl should shut up about- is only because other next-gen multiplayers games have already cut-out split screen. But even then, its a legitimate issue and concern that I think is fair to be voiced. While I totally understand them trying to reach out to people who wont or can't move to the Next-Gen consoles, I feel like the limitations Destiny has/will have for it are also things that should be voiced respectfully. It's ppl talking about things like this that give Bungie a check-list of things to work on changing/fixing in their future games or even updates if possible.

I would love to see split screen at some point, but I agree with what you said. I think at least people should wait a few weeks or months and see how it goes, then if they still decide that they want it, then get the petition going or whatever.
