I think it's great how people hate S&O and the only boss that gives me shit is the Four Kings. ;-;

Both bosses can be trouble. Ogrestein and Smough gave me trouble on one of my runs. Soul level 10 Balder Knight cosplay. They were tricky. But the kings? Wombo combos all day every day. God did that ever suck.

That's fair, since I was a Zweihandler Strength build. I ploughed through the slow, telegraphed attacks of Smough and tore through Ornsteins HP bar, but I couldn't keep close enough to the Kings to wreck them. Often ended up fighting 3 or 4 of them at a time.

I couldn't afford to take any hits from O&S, and the Four Kings were even more neccessary to avoid, which was easier said than done because they often used their god damn magic which is hard to dodge because of the abyss's depth perception mental play. They could one shot me, and once there was more than one I was over. It was a race to beat each one on a low level character who couldn't dish out enough damage in time, and I had to use all my stamina to avoid everything they threw at me.
