it will. all games are delivered by mid-noon, because that's when the mail trucks drive around town.

A pre-order? At 9:30? Amazon guarantees 8:00. Do you not live near any major cities?

They didn't guarantee at this point, although Iv still never seen on amazon where it says at 8. And no I don't live in a major US city, but it's still not a tiny no where town.
