We need a COD gun expert to give his opinion.[/quote] Good to know, thanks for the link. Actually, that recoil does make sense. The 7.62x51mm (aka the .308 Winchester) is strong round. I found a video of a regular guy shooting a gun that fires the exact same round: [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NzYT6fByIY&feature=related[/url] Actually, now I feel like the bloom in Reach with the DMR isn't as ridiculous as I did before, but it still doesn't make sense to me that even while holding still and aiming through a scope, a Spartan couldn't fire the rifle quicker/more accurately.
