It's not a game you should ask for opinions of. If you want Dark Souls, you need to want it. Being swayed by opinions will only lead to disappointment, because that means you're picking it up casually just because it's there. Dark Souls is not for the casual gamer. Silly as it might sound, it takes actual dedication to finish these games. If you don't go in completely because YOU want to, you will only be angry at the people that told you to get it. Do I like the game? I adore it. But I went in on my own.
