Would love to believe it ... but lets be honest your 26ms ping does not tallk with the other two. If you are going to fake it at least do it right. Everyone knows that speedtest + fiddler makes for almost perfect lies.

Even if you tried to justify some latency and/or error correction this would be reflected in your transfer rates. Edit: and just to prove my first point, 60 times further north ... and yet 250% of the download, 1000% the up ... and yet none of that nasty ping after taste. And all this through New Zealand's [url=http://submarinenetworks.com/systems/trans-pacific/southern-cross]one and only connection to the outside world[/url]. Be interesting to compare a ping to an international destination. And all off the official speedtest.net site ... and yes, Destiny packet injection should be just as easy.
