Activision absorbed Sledgehammer. They're now a part of the rotation. IW last year, Sledgehammer this year, Treyarch next year.

Ah, I thought Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer were one in the same due to Modern Warfare 3. Thanks for clearing that up.
