I think that I won't be using PS Now anyway because streaming a game is derptastic on a shitty backwater broadband connection.
As for the PSN games I cannot keep if I don't renew my PSN subscription.
It's cheaper than Xbox Live, I had that pretty much all of the time I had an Xbawx so keeping it for the PS4 is no bother.
I'm fairly sure the games still work offline, but I haven't tested that properly.

'I'd rather rent quality than buy crap'
Which sums up the whole PS+ vs GWG thing pretty well for me.
I would rather have great games, 'to rent' which essentially means for as long as I play on my PS4, than a few old/crap games that I've owned for years.

I've played my PS+ games offline, if thats what you're referring to.

Ah good, It'll save me disconnecting it to see if they still work lol.

PSN takes all the games you downloaded from the Plus service and stops you from playing them. GWG allows you to keep and play your games without needing Gold subscription.......it is by far the better deal out of the 2 of them. You actually get something from GWG, with PSN you pretty much get a demo if you cancel your subscription it's gone.

But, no one is going to cancel it. I'd pay $50 a year for tons of free games that I get to keep because I won't stop paying, over paying $50 a year for some old games that I don't need to keep anyways. I don't keep most of my PS+ games. No reason to. Beat them, get trophies, w/e, delete. If it has MP, and it's good I may keep it though.

I am aware of this, I just don't mind. I primarily play things like Battlefield 4, with a few offline RPGs that I get on disc anyway, which requires PSN+ to use/play. The free games each month are a nice thing on top of that, if I can't afford £3 one month, I still have a plethora of games on my PC or disc based games for the PS4 (When I buy them/they release) I'm quite happy with it really, if I really want a game I'll find a way to purchase it in physical form but the PS+ games are icing on a pleasant cake for me.
