Should I sell my PlayStation 4 and get an Xbox One?
I reserved a PS4 way back when, like the first day you were able to. I chose PS4 initially over Xbox because of how bad the Xbox One initially was. The whole used game thing and what not. Once they fixed the issues, I decided just to stick with PS4. I've been an Xbox guy my whole life. Had gold for 7 years on 360. And now I'm kind of missing the whole Xbox Life. Titan Fall just came out, and I really wish I was playing it. Not that Titanfall is by any means the sole reason as to why I'm thinking o going to X1. Playstation 4 is going anywhere from $410 to $430 on eBay right now (link above). Then I would be able to sell BF4 and CoD: Ghosts and buy Xbox One Titanfall Bundle. I have absolutely no problems with the PS4, I do like it and play it.
I play games to play multiplayer. I don't know if that helps in the decision. I own both Battlefield 4 and Cod: Ghosts, and I have not played a single second of the campaigns. So games that are coming out that's main focus isn't multiplayer, then I really don't care about them.
What do you guys think I should do?

There's no "your choice" option but I'd pick that. The entire console war always came down to the same thing. Different people like different stuff. If you still have a 360 I'd say get titanfall on that and wait

1 ReplyI did the same, bought ps4 at launch and then waited for all those games to come out. Then they didn't come out and titanfall is the only game the looks good on next gen that's out atm. But I'd recommend waiting, I bought the ps4 as a change to the Microsoft way of life and I'd rather have more games to choose from if i was going to swap to xbone. Patience will be rewarded i believe

1 ReplyListen to your heart man. If you like your PS4 and want an Xbox One, then you should simply NOT sell your PS4 and save up for an Xbox One as well. No one says you can't have both. But if money is ultra tight for you and your only option is to sell the PS4, then just ask yourself if you think the experience with Xbox One is on par with the PS4. Like, do you have friends on Xbox One? Are there games you like to play on Xbox One? Do those games seem more fun to you than PS4's games? All we can do is give you an example of what we would do. And I personally am not going to do that cause I know some fanboy will try to start a war with me even though I don't swear an allegiance to either side.

4 RepliesKeep it. Both systems are short of their exclusives, so there is no point just flopping over to the other side unless you want Titanfall really badly. The games that are coming out over the next couple months will be for both systems aside from a very few exclusives. You should also try out campagins for the PS4 exclusives, they're top notch, such as inFamous on Friday. Especially in the state of very stale MP shooters and MP games in general these days.

I'm an xboxer but I'd say keep the PS4 - looks like a good machine. To satisfy your Titanfall craving, I'd dress up in silver painted cardboard, with a dirty big play gun, and run around your house yelling bang bang bang. Works for me every time.

4 RepliesKeep the ps4. Save the money for an One. I am currently on a PS4 and saving for an One. Like others have already said it's the best of both worlds then. Also have a PC. I tend to just use it for MMO's though. Tried the beta for final fantasy on PS4 and PC. Just didn't like how it felt to me on console. Going to try the ESO on console to see if it was just a random thing for me though. Long post just stating get both at some point.

I would (even tho a ps4 is a fine choice as well) because the Xbox one is an investment that keeps getting better and better. So far this is true at least and it happened with the Xbox 360 plus they have som promising new ips that they have announced.

I think it's too soon, since games are still coming out for both consoles, but if you feel like PS4 is not giving you what you want, then sure, do whatever you feel is best for you.

10 RepliesI went PS4 because Sony has exclusive content deals with Bungie. Ghosts will suck ass on either console, Titanfall is COD with mechs, and Battlefield is COD with tanks and jets. The way I see it, until Destiny comes out, all you can get on either console are different versions of COD, so why bother?

As an Xbox One owner, I'd recommend keeping it. Right now the PS4 has more good games than the Xbox One. Xbox One is by no means a bad console and I have no regrets purchasing it. However, I don't think it's worth giving up a PS4 for. If you want to buy one, I'd recommend keeping your PS4 and scavenging up some funds while waiting for the price drop that's bound to happen. Who says you can't own both?
