GREAT chapter. The detail of the combat was really good, and Keaneth steadied his hands (YES!). Lockhe seems to have more trust Tharsos than Sideros. Poor, poor Lukos...

  • Thank you. Yes Kaeneth doesn't disappoint! How did you like Lonkhe in action? And i can't not ask you about the end of the chapter. What did you think of the Fallen's statement to Lukos?

  • I think the Fallen Philistine has a speech issue, but I thought his statement means there is something personal about him (the Fallen) finishing what the Guardians have started. As for Lonkhe in action...it was pretty good, look forward to some more of ol' painless in the future...and that weapon of his too.

  • He's just speaking a language unfamiliar to him, thus giving him his difficulty when speaking the human tongue. Lonkhe was enjoyable. I wanted to get the impression across that the grunts were insects to him. And yes, the minigun is the most fitting weapon for such a Titan. What did you think of the weapons gone over and Stingray?

  • Well, I was excited to see "Huckleberry" and "Rude Awakening." The Stingray was really cool, I liked how you described them and the firepower they posses; hope to see more of that in the future.

  • Huckleberry is actually a very powerful hand cannon. But its effectiveness couldn't be distinguished when the Fallen is as defended as he is. I really liked the Stingray tank a lot. As soon as i thought of the name, the idea hit me. For those Halo gamers out there, they could probably see that this tank was inspired by the hybridization of the Scorpion, Wraith, and Guass Warthog. What about Sideros' "Grim Omen"?

  • Interesting, charging a bullet and then firing it at high velocity. I like it, but I'm a little confused as how he managed to charge it by pulling the trigger back without firing...I must have miss read it.

  • I guess i could have explained it in more depth. With the release of the trigger by simply tapping the trigger, you get the typical shot. By holding the trigger, the receiver locks the bullet in the barrel momentarily to sling it at extremely high velocities.

  • Okay, now I get it. What was you favorite part to write this chapter?

  • Sideros' fight turned out a lot better than i anticipated but my most enjoyed part to write was the very end with Lukos and the Fallen giant.

  • The ending really has me, I must admit. Sideros' moment of taking the pilots seats was really good as well.

  • There is a lot of importance in the ending that will be covered more in the next chapter. Yeah Sideros getting his own Stingray was one of those "Oh yeeaaahhhh......" moments for me.

  • Well you'll just have to wait and see. The next chapter holds much more in regards to my story's plot. What was your favorite part overall in this chapter?

  • Honestly, Lukos' moment. I liked how he was ahead of schedule and on task. I also really liked Lockhes' moment to shine.

  • I figured you would like Lonkhe's, ahem, step, whether they crush ribages or not. The next chapter has even more action and story to come. The heart of this mission is a two part segment. You just read the first.
