  • Ok, so I want to start doing Insanity more regularly, and the one part I want to figure out is the food portion. You see, the equations in the nutrition guide say that I should have 3000 calories a day, and have about 5 meals each day. For my normal school day, that would work out to me eating at 8AM, 11AM, 2PM, 5PM, and 8PM. I'd probably do my workouts around 6PM. What I wanted to ask is, what should I eat in order to meet the caloric requirements? It would preferable if it was something easy to follow and eat, as I want to be able to eat in class without being too messy. Just in case, my measurements are 5'10" and I weigh 155 pounds.
