You need serious help and possibly medication. Go get checked up at the doctor, too.
This isn't a joke.

I see the nurse at my college for reasons other than this, so I'll bring this up next time I see her. What makes you think it's this serious?

You may have a tumor in your brain.
What makes you think it's this serious?
The fact that you think the Grim Reaper blew black smoke on you while you were awake. If you aren't taking any drugs, this is serious.

Well, it was weird. I didn't think it was real. I could "see" it, but I couldn't see it. I knew full well it was a nightmare, but I just couldn't stop myself from seeing it or escape from the images in my head. It's like being unable to control your own thoughts. It's difficult to explain, but that's the best way I can put it really.

I don't know. Hallucinations can even be caused by stress. I have no idea what could be wrong with you, if anything.

Not always. When I was in college I would have similar experiences, though not as bad, and hear voices. Main image I'd see while I was in that grey in between of awake and sleep was two men in coats, top hats and monocles speaking over cups of tea But it scared me. They spoke of dismembering and killing. Also an orange gecko that would stare at me and was the bringer of death.
Ignore Smi headed to work
