Edited by KingOfTheNoobs: 1/29/2014 7:59:37 PMWell we are going to get the whole group together for the first time in the coming week. It is at that gathering where we will all decide whether we want to use Unity, UDK, or the extremely simple Game Maker. So far we have only met as sections of the group and thusly capful don't make any real decisions yet. No one wants to establish themself as supreme dictator and overlord of the group. As for the experience I have some experience with UDK and slightly more with Game Maker.

The thing about UDK is it's *free (*$99 per programmer). Unity is 100% free up until your game makes over $100,000.
-
Yeah which is why I'm rooting for Unity. Still, other people get to voice their opinions as well.

As long as they like opening their wallets as much as their mouths. Take control of the group.

There are higher ups in the group, including myself, but our power is limited. Most agree that things which should be agreed upon before the first meeting should be agreed on during. They like to keep the whole group in the loop. And just to wing it when the meeting takes place. Thank God I'm an expert a winging it, so I don't really have to much of an issue with this.

Making it up as you go along is an envied attribute.
