Trust me, there are a lot of people out there who are a lot better at that stuff than I am. Look for Santzo84, Noobest, Fhyber34, LobosJR and Elajazz on Twitch. They're probably the best speed and challenge runners there are.
I'd be happy to help if you have any questions about anything though, so just let me know if you need tips for a challenge run or whatever.
