Damn lol. Hope we have the ability to leave earth by then cause that's gonna be an extinction level event. Billions will die.

Oh really? So what of the ash cloud that will cover the earth for decades and drop the global temp 5 degrees? What of the 40% reduction in food production? Id say 2 billion will die from starvation alone, many more in the wars that follow.

I don't think it would be as bad as everybody says it will. Nobody was around last time to see so we can only make predictions. Sure there will be a lot of ash but again I doubt it would be as bad as anybody says it would be, also I highly doubt there would be any wars, we will find away to survive, we always do. You make it sound like another Pompeii.

The cauldera (crater) from the last eruption has an area of over 2000 sq miles. TWO THOUSAND! Yellowstone is a super volcanoe, Pompeii was just a little cinder cone in the Mediterranean. Last time it erupted it caused a fcking ice age.
